Full Story

I was diagnosed with a condition call Spondylolisthesis about seven years ago. Spondylolisthesis is a displacement or slippage of a vertebra of the spine making it no longer aligned with the rest of the spinal column. I had back pain and shooting pain down my legs with a pain level of nine to 10. I went to seven different specialists, including neurologists and orthopedic surgeons, and got seven different recommendations for treatment. Several physicians recommended a long surgery which scared me. A friend recommended MOSH and Dr. Edwards.

The moment I met Dr. Edwards I felt comfortable. He explained everything he was going to do, listened to me and walked me through everything so I felt completely comfortable. I go to MOSH for epidural injections every three to four months for pain relief. I hate needles; they creep me out, but Dr. Edwards makes these injections painless and calms me down.

My pain level is now at zero to one, and I’m not taking any pain medication. I am able to bend, walk and most important, work. Dr. Edwards and his staff are professional, kind and nurturing. I actually look forward to seeing him and his assistants’, we work well together and have a great rapport.
