Dr. Jesse Bauwens is fellowship-trained in adult reconstruction with a focus on robotic assisted knee replacement surgery. He did his fellowship in joint replacement surgery with a special emphasis on robotic assisted surgery at the University of Louisville. Dr. Bauwens is dedicated to getting his patients back to doing the things they enjoy. Whether a patient is suffering from early hip or knee pain, has an acute or chronic injury, is interested in hip or knee replacement or requires revisions to a previous hip or knee surgery, he works to establish an accurate diagnosis and then educates the patient about their prognosis and treatment options.
